How It Works
General Information
Registration & Requirements
No coach required — anyone can register a team. Select your team's birth year based on the oldest player and create a coaches account.
Haven't finalized your roster? Register now and add players up until one day before the event.
Team Rosters and Player Waivers must be completed through Exposure no later than one day before the event.
Check-in: Teams must arrive 30 minutes before their first scheduled game. Players need proof of age — player cards, birth certificates, team rosters, passports, or school IDs accepted.
Tournament & Game Format
Format: 4+GK · 4-game guarantee · Open to all teams with 2018 birth year through Adults.
Roster: Maximum of 10 players. Ball size is the same as your regular season unless playing "up."
Goals: 6x12 feet Bownet goals (facility dependent). Field Size: 30 yards wide by 40 yards long (facility dependent).
Divisions: When necessary, divisions will be combined +/– 1 year at similar ability levels.
National Championship: Top teams qualify for the 2026 5v5 Soccer Nationals in Central Florida.
